Mark your Calendar for the evangelistic meetings coming Aug. 4-Sept. 2.  We will need volunteers for greeters, ushers, etc. Contact the church office is you are available.

 

Date Change Please note the Next All Fellowship Meal will be next Sabbath, July 8. Our guest speaker that Sabbath will be Daniel Fornes who will be holding our evangelistic meetings in beginning Aug. 4. Come and get acquainted.

 

Moms in Prayer Please join us on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month from 7-8 p.m. for a time of encouragement, study, and praying for our children.  Contact Emily Kurtz for more information 423-617-9372 Located at the home of Bonnie Pendergrass 8925 Jackson Rd. Gentry, AR.

 

Christmas in July?  Yes, that’s right!  Women’s Ministries (but everyone is encouraged to participate) is gathering items for the senior residents at the Siloam Nursing and Rehab center.  We will be collecting hand lotion, shower gel and warm socks during the month of July.  A box will be placed by both entrances for your donations.  Thank you in advance for bringing a smile to the nursing home residents.

 

Summer Activity for Kids Meet on Thursday, July 6, at Starlight Skatum in Fayetteville.  $5 per skater. From 10:00 a.m.-12 noon.  This is for beginner skaters.  They have skate carts on wheels to help beginners.  Afterward, picnic at Wilson Park and play.  Wilson Park has a small rock castle front for children to go through and take pictures.

 

Eye Glasses  Charlotte Robinson will be going to Michigan in two weeks and can take used eye glasses to the person that takes them to the mission field.  Please get them to Charlotte, or the church office this coming week.

Total Life Community Center could use some non-perishable food items if you would like to help out.  Standard items we consistently purchase are: canned vegetables, canned fruit, mac and cheese, spaghetti noodles and sauce, elbow noodles, pancake mix, syrup, rice, beans, bread, instant potatoes, and ramen. We would gladly accept any items though. Please drop these items by the TLC any time Tuesdays or Thursdays from 10am-6pm. Thank you so much!

 

Special Need  If you would have 3 hours (twice a week)  to help sit with one of our older church members please contact the church office.
